Some Interesting 2015 American Phone Ownership Figures

Last night I attended the Sarasota Technology User Group. The main meeting’s topic was “The Use of Technology in a Non-technology Business – Real Estate” presented by Barry Grooms. It was well presented. One of the slides contained some interesting figures about American adults. As of 2015, 64% own a smartphone, 90% own a cell phone, 32% own an e-reader, and 42% own a tablet computer.
The Sarasota Technology User Group meets monthly. It also has classes for very beginners and are only open to members, but they are free.  Membership is only $35 per year. http://thestug.org
